What to Do If You Don’t Have Your DBS Certificate (Update Service on Zinc)
To use the DBS Update Service on Zinc, you are required to have a copy of your DBS certificate as your employer will need to review this manually to confirm if your details and previous DBS check matches the role requirements.
If you do not have your DBS certificate, you will need to proceed with a new DBS application.
### What to select in Zinc
1. Click on your **criminal check**.
2. When you are asked if you are subscribed to the **DBS Update Service**, select **No**.
3. Continue the flow to complete a **new DBS application**.
