Does a Candidate Have to Complete Instant Employment Verification?
No, the candidate can always select: **I cannot get a X** at the bottom of the page. This will take them to a new page to provide traditional reference details, which will mean the typical turnaround will **increase** to 1-2 weeks.
There is not an option to make this mandatory on Zinc as candidates always have the option not to provide this.
