Mismatches on Qualification Check Result
If your qualification check results show different information from the details you provided, this usually means the verified information returned by the institution or verification source does not exactly match your candidate submission.
If the qualification check has cleared and the information has not been flagged as an issue, there is usually no further action needed in Zinc. If your employer asks about the differences, explain the discrepancies directly to them.
You do not need to re-enter the qualification details just because the results differ after the check has already been submitted or completed.
