What Does The ‘Unable to verify’ Status Mean for Candidate Checks?
The pink '**Unable to verify**' status means that the check is complete, however, we have been unable to verify the information that was provided by the candidates or unable to complete the verification for the check.
For example:
- A candidate has submitted an institution for their education check and after the allotted amount of time following up, we have been unable to get a reply from the institution. Therefore the check is closed and no verification has been carried out.
- A candidate has submitted their details for a credit check and we were unable to find a match from the details provided.
- A candidate has submitted their details for a criminal check and after the allotted amount of time following up, we have been unable to get a reply from the candidate to complete the check. Therefore the check is closed and no verification has been carried out.
