What to Do If Your Reference Request Bounced
If you've been notified that your reference request bounced, this means we cannot reach the email provided.
To resolve this, you can add a new/alternative reference with updated details. The bounced request stays in the list but doesn’t count towards completion.
You can’t delete or edit & resubmit the bounced request. If you did need a removal of this request, Zinc needs your new employer to reach out directly to have this information removed.
