Troubleshooting HiBob Integration Setup Issues with Zinc

## Permission not found If Zinc indicates that the permission cannot be found, it may not have the correct permissions in your HiBob account. Verify the candidate's email address in HiBob and make sure it matches the email address in Zinc. ### Candidate’s documents are missing If the candidate appears in HiBob but documents are missing, this is likely a permissions issue related to uploading and deleting documents in the employee’s document folder. - Solution: Review Step 7 of the setup guide to confirm you have the correct permissions ![zincwork_hc_images/hibob-setup-troubleshooting-10.png](https://storage.googleapis.com/public-fini-assets/zincwork_hc_images/hibob-setup-troubleshooting-10.png) ### Candidate’s documents are missing in HiBob Ensure that all fields are set up within the same custom category to ensure data syncs properly. ## ⚠ Important If you make any changes to your Setup, you will need to generate a new token and ID and input this into the integration on Zinc under HiBob repeating Step 8 on the set up guide. Please use the video attached as guidance on how to refresh your token and ID.
