The requesting party requests the check from the ATS or their Zinc account. 2. The candidate receives automated instructions to provide their details and upload a copy of their ID. 3. The candidate receives a notification to say the process is complete. ## What Details Are Required to Submit the Check? - First Name - Last Name - Date of Birth - Consent - Last registered address in Kyrgyzstan - Passport or ID Copy - *An expired document is acceptable. A USA driving licence is also acceptable.* ## What Is Covered in the Criminal Check? The check provides criminal litigation information on people who are lawfully residing in Kyrgyzstan. It covers both Kyrgyzstan citizens and foreign nationals aged 18 and over, and includes appeal cases from the High Courts. This is a nationwide search and isn't limited to one area. We don't use the address to run the search. It's an extra identifier, used only when a second identifier isn't available. If a judgment, order or decree in the results includes an address, it helps us match and verify the record. The source information is updated monthly. Records are kept in line with the legal prescription and rehabilitation periods for each type of conviction in Kyrgyzstan. For consistent reporting, the report includes cases from up to **7 years ago.** ## Restrictions, Exclusions, and Limitations - The source doesn't hold cases from lower courts unless that case was appealed to the High Courts. A conviction that was never appealed may not appear. - Due to privacy laws, access to a case may be restricted if the people involved have explicitly prohibited public disclosure. - The court results are in Russian.
