How to Integrate Zinc Work with PageUp for Background Checks

**Please note that CV checks are only available directly on Zinc. PageUp cannot currently be used with packages containing CV checks.** ## Step 1: Contact your PageUp Strategic Account Manager Contact your **Strategic Account Manager**, who will guide you through the Zinc integration. All configuration work is done by the PageUp team — there's nothing to set up directly on your end. ## Step 2: Get your API key from Zinc 1. In Zinc, go to **Integration**, then **PageUp**, and generate your **API key**. 2. Provide this key to your PageUp Strategic Account Manager, along with the list of **Zinc packages** you'd like to use in PageUp. ## Step 3: Setup and completion Your Strategic Account Manager will configure the integration for you. Once it's set up, you can start passing candidates for background checking by changing their application status to the status and type(s) agreed with your SAM. ## What happens next **Let Zinc work** - Zinc will contact your candidate via email and text, asking them to complete the background checks you have chosen - We will send automated reminders to ensure that you get your checks in good time **Track the progress** - You can view the status of each candidate's checks in your ATS - We'll notify you by email as soon as an individual check is completed **View insights** - View your candidate reports directly from your ATS to make better hiring decisions without leaving your ATS or HRIS
