Philippine SSS Instant Employment Verification: No SMS OTP (Authenticator App) and Manual References Fallback
For Philippine SSS instant employment verification, the verification method follows the My.SSS account security setting.
- If My.SSS is configured to use an authenticator app, no SMS OTP will arrive; retry the existing verification link and enter the current six-digit authenticator code when prompted.
- If authentication succeeds but Zinc still cannot verify the details, complete employment verification using manually entered references.
