Resetting HMRC Government Gateway employment verification after completion
Once you've completed the HMRC Government Gateway employment verification, it cannot be reset without the consent of your recruiter.
The reason behind this, is because the data that is pulled and displayed, is coming directly from the government data source. If we were to manipulate that data, this wouldn’t be a true representation of the results and go against the purpose of the check.
If you need this check reset, please contact your employer directly who can then get in touch with our Support Team to have this reset for you to resubmit with manual references instead.
