Resetting HMRC Government Gateway employment verification after completion
Once you've completed the HMRC Government Gateway employment verification, it cannot be reset without the consent of your recruiter.
The reason behind this, is because the data that is pulled and displayed, is coming directly from the government data source. If we were to manipulate that data, this wouldn’t be a true representation of the results and go against the purpose of the check.
If your HMRC Government Gateway employment verification is completed and the employment history needs to be corrected, Zinc can ask your employer to review a reset so you can resubmit using manual references. Your employer/recruiter must consent before the reset can happen.
