What Does the ‘Job details verified’ Status Mean?
The green **Job details verified** status indicates that the candidate has submitted their non-regulatory reference, and the basic employment information has been verified (e.g. the work dates and job title may have been verified in the initial step of the reference).
Please note: we allow a 30 day grace period on reference start and end dates. For example, if the candidate provided a start date of January 2026 but the actual start date was December 2025, we would still mark the reference as Job details verified.
