How to Contact Customer Support at Zinc: Live Chat, Email, and Account Manager Information

## Does Zinc have phone support?
We don't have a phone line here at Zinc so please use live chat or email and we will get back to you to support you as soon as we can!
## Should I speak to my account manager?
If you are an employer/recruiter and have questions related to understanding how Zinc conducts a certain check, need help integrating Zinc to your ATS/HRIS, have a new colleague that needs training on the platform, have feedback to share with us about Zinc, or education on new Zinc checks, we would recommend reaching out to your Account Manager.

## Live chat
We recommend using live chat in cases where you need quick support for you or your candidates. You can also use it when you need an urgent update on an issue with the platform.
To use the live chat function, you will find the chat icon in the lower right hand corner of the report, submission page, [help centre](https://help.zincwork.com/hc/hm54ky7yrc), [profile](https://app.zincwork.com/profile), [recruiter dashboard](https://app.zincwork.com/recruit) or [our website](https://zincwork.com/).

The chat window will open - enter your name, email address and what you need help with. You'll receive an immediate response from our Agentic AI, powered by our extensive knowledge base.
If you need further support - type "speak to an agent" and tell us some information about your query, if you haven't already. One of our Customer Success team members will reply in chat to help you within our operating hours.
If our team is not available at that time, we will get back to you via email to support you further.

This is the best place to communicate more detailed questions or problems to our support team or if you need any additional background checking guidance that is not urgent.
Our response time here is a bit slower than live chat so we ask for your patience here on those questions or jump on live chat if you need a quicker answer. We work on emails from oldest to newest so sending follow up messages won't help.
