What to do if your previous employer uses a third-party referencing company
Third-party referencing companies are quite common for reference requests we process here at Zinc.
If your previous employer uses an external referencing company to provide references, the best route is still to provide the reference request with an email address to contact them at as normal.
Once Zinc emails your previous employer, they will let us know what the process is for obtaining references with their referencing provider.
If we need anything from you, we will contact you directly via email for any additional details.
When we have everything we need, we will submit the request and the reference will be provided to us to complete your reference request.
