The requesting party will request the check from the ATS or their Zinc account. 1. The candidate receives automated instructions to provide some personal details in a dynamic web form. 2. Zinc submits the request to the authorities. 3. Zinc receives the results (digitally) and provides a signed digital report. 4. The candidate receives a notification to say the process is complete. ## What details are required to submit the check? - First Name - Last Name - Birth Date - Consent - **Government ID Number** - ID card number (9 or 12 digits) OR Tax number (10 digits) — mandatory for both citizens and foreigners ## What is covered in the credit check? Our provider accesses several databases, which extract the court records from the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam — the General Department of Taxation to conduct Adverse Financial verification in Vietnam. The process provides financial default information on citizens and individuals lawfully residing in Vietnam, extracted with the explicit consent of the individual. The retrieved data includes information on whether an individual is registered as an active or inactive personal income and/or sales taxpayer in Vietnam. The verification is conducted with the highest compliance standards, in accordance with applicable laws. ## Restrictions, Exclusions, Limitations: As per the Draft Decree on Personal Data Protection, the details as to the inactivity of a taxpayer might not be publicly available. ## What is the period covered by the check? The details are extracted from the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam and are saved in the General Department of Taxation's database for an indefinite time period from the date of the registration of the individual's tax number.
